The year 4, 5 and 6 students were very fortunate to have a special visit from the Queensland Touch Football Development Officer, Katie, and her local helper, who is one of our wonderful past students, Maddie Crema. The ladies were extremely impressed with the skill level of our students and the students thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. Thank you Katie & Maddie, we are very grateful for your time and expertise.

The students are very excited for our big carnival this week. All we need now is some magical weather. Please remember to put your tuckshop orders in through the Flexischools app. There will be minimal food available to purchase on the day over the counter so we recommend parents order their lunch through the app as well to avoid disappointment.  Orders close on Thursday at 10am. We look forward to seeing parents and family members joining us to cheer on our wonderful students.

A huge congratulations to our extremely talented students, Madeleine Jenkins and Laine Spencer, who travelled to Brisbane last week to represent Peninsula School Sport at the Qld Touch Football State Championships. We are very proud of you both and we know that you have both gained a greater understanding of the game from playing in such a high level of competition. Well done!

A big congratulations to Annika Duiker who has been selected in the Peninsula Softball team. An outstanding achievement Annika! We wish you all the best at the State Championships in late August.
