It’s hard to fathom that we have actually made it to Term 4 already! 2022 is absolutely flying by and this term will be no different. Term 4 will see a focus on raising funds for those less fortunate through various activities. Catholic Missions is an organisation that St Clare’s has a long history of supporting and this term will see us holding a Crazy Sock Day in aid of Socktober (October 28). The Year 6 class is currently in preparation mode to host our annual Mini Fete (November 9) which is always a much anticipated event in the Term 4 calendar. The funds raised from these events will be distributed by catholic Missions to a third world country to aid children’s education.

In coming weeks, we will also begin taking collections for the annual St Vincent De Paul Christmas Appeal. Items collected will go towards making up hampers for local families in need over the Christmas period. More information about specific items requested from each class will be in next fortnight’s newsletter.
