2023 ST CLARE’S FETE
2023 Fete preparation is underway. This year’s fete will be held on Saturday 9th September. Our student performances will begin at 5pm and the fete fun will commence from 6pm till late. This year’s theme is “ROCK AND ROLL”.
Fete packs will be sent home today with the eldest in the family. The pack includes lots of information, raffle tickets, stall roster, cake stall baking dates and other important dates.
The fete is our major fundraiser and St Clare’s is the only school in the community that still has an annual fete, BUT for this year's fete to be as successful as previous years we need YOUR HELP. We are asking that one adult from each family volunteer either before the fete with baking/cent sale wrapping, etc. or on the night, on a stall for an hour. As the saying goes, plenty of hands make light work. As parents we are all part of the P & F so any help you can give is greatly appreciated as the money raised goes back to helping our children in many different aspects of the school.
The fete is a fun night that is made possible by the Staff, parents and the community who donate so many wonderful prizes and of course our students, whose performances will be nothing short of amazing. Please let your family and friends know the date.
As the fete approaches, we will have updates in the newsletter and via Seesaw. If you need any further information, please contact one of the fete committee members:
Kylie Morris, Marie Vipiana, Alicia Johnston, Tammy Clifford, Alice McNamara or Jess Kachel.
Thanks
