Fete Update No. 4

This is our final fete update for this term. Term 3 is fete term so information and reminders will be coming out regularly through the Newsletter and Seesaw.

Roster: We would like to start Term 3 with a full roster of helpers for the fete as the committee have lots of other jobs to focus on before the big night. We still require roughly 12 helpers on stalls. An updated roster is attached to the newsletter. PLEASE let Marie know on 0418 158 872 if you can help.

Raffle Tickets: It would be great if most raffle tickets are returned by this Friday 23^rd June.  Thank you to those who have sold tickets and returned them so far.

Class Hampers: If you haven’t done so already, please send in something to your child’s class for the hampers. These items don’t have to be anything expensive just items we can use to help build our Cent Sale prizes. Attached to this newsletter is a reminder of what each class hamper is. Thank you to the Year 3 & Year 5 class whose hampers always have lots of donations.

Cake Stall Update 1:

It’s almost baking time. Over the school holidays we will be baking the cake component of the peach blossom balls. We have the massive task of 60 batches to bake this year. Monday 26^th and Wednesday 28^th June at 8.30am are the days we commence baking in the tuckshop.
