FETE UPDATE NO. 9

The fete is 2 weeks away and its all systems go. Just a couple of reminders:

SETUP: Fete setup will commence after 3pm on Friday 6^th September, we need all hands on deck. DADS we need you, some heavy lifting is required.

STALLS: If you haven’t been contacted by your stall convenor can you please let someone on the fete committee know. Thank you to those who have volunteered, without your help fete night would not be possible.

GOODS WHEEL: Tickets will be available to purchase next week, either by messaging Kylie Morris or she will be available after parade next Friday to purchase tickets from under the school.

CENT SALE: We have 100 prizes all donated by parents and businesses, local and away.  You can purchase Cent Sale tickets from Marie next Friday after parade in the hall.  Prizes will be setup if you would like to put your tickets in as well.

RIDES: You can still purchase wrist bands with slots 6-7pm and 8-9pm are still available for $20 per hour or unlimited rides for $50. You can also purchase wrist bands on the night of the fete. 

CAKE STALL: We are looking for donations to sell the night of the fete. If you can make cupcakes, slices, cakes or biscuits we would appreciate any donations. We have packaging if you need any please let Maria Calleja know on 0400898104. She can price your goodies just please, can you label your baking that you are donating. Donations can be dropped off on Friday 6^th September and Saturday morning 7^th September to the tuckshop.

CHOCLATE STALL:  We are still chasing donations of the 3 B’S (Bars, Blocks and Boxes) any donations can be left at the school office in the box provided.
