MEDICATION - TO BE GIVEN AT SCHOOL

If your child needs to be given medication during school hours you must complete an Administration of Medication Form which is kept in the school office.

We ask if medicine has to be given can you please send the correct amount of medicine in a syringe enclosed in a named plastic snap lock bag. Once medication has been given the syringe will be washed and given back to the child. This will ensure that no medicine bottle is left at school.

IMPORTANT - REMINDER TO PARENTS

> When making school fee internet banking payments please make sure that you include your Family Reference Code. A copy of the receipt payment will need to be forwarded to the school office to advise us who has made the payment and when it has been made. 

>  If your child is going to be absent from school please ring the school office by 9.00am or send an email.

>  If your child is late coming to school they are required to come to the school office to collect late card. 

>  Any messages regarding bus in the afternoons are to be done by 2.30pm to ensure messages are passed on to staff and students.  

>  Parents are asked not to go to classrooms once school has commenced. Please report to the school office if you need to see / give items to your child or the class teacher.   

>   All parents or visitors are required to sign in at the school office. Please do not use the car park gate to enter the school during school hours.    

> If your child is being collected by another parent or person you are required to ring the school office and notify who will be collecting your child/ren.

Parents (mother & father) who have changed their  home address, home phone, work details & phone and emergency contacts please complete slip below and return to school office by the end of this week. Your prompt attention would be appreciated.       Thank you.
