Student reports will be available for viewing via Parent Portal or MyCE App on Thursday 26th June.  To access the reports, follow the following steps:

Log into your Parent Portal as you normally would.

Click on the student’s name under My Students.

Click on ‘The Learning Dashboard’ button.

Click on the blue ‘Sign in’ button.

Select which student whose report you want to view.

TLD Home Page.

Your ‘My recent reports’ box will show your available reports from that calendar year.

Accessing your report

1. To access a report, Click on the attributed link
2. Reports from previous years can be accessed by clicking on the ‘Access all reports’ link.
   
   

Your reporting page

1. Report tabs: A tab for each of your reports from this calendar year will appear at the top of the reports page
2. Cohort data link: Cohort data will appear on the report by default if an Achievement grade is included. Click on this link to view a cohort graph. This provides the graph representing where the student grade sits within the class cohort.
3. Export report button: Click on this button to generate a PDF copy of your report.
4. Expand arrow: click on the down arrow to make the judgements for that subject visible.

5. Expand all button: Click on this to button to make the judgements for all subjects visible.

REMINDERS:
Your login for the parent portal is the email that you have given to the office as main contact.  You can reset your password in the parent portal by clicking the Forgotten Password/First Time User button.
