The Fete is only two weeks away. Can all convenors please make contact with your helpers to sort out setup times whether it may be Friday and/or Saturday and roster times for the night of the fete. If you, as a convenor or helper need any information PLEASE LET ONE OF THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS KNOW.

If you haven’t put your name down to help and you would like to please don’t hesitate we can still use more helpers on the kiddies corner and laser tag.

Cent Sale: Thank you to those wonderful ladies who helped with Cent Sale Wrapping, we have 100 prizes for the Cent Sale this year which is amazing.

Cake Stall:  With pre sale now complete, we are looking for donations of Cakes, Slices, Cup Cakes etc for the night of the fete to sell. If you would like any packaging please let Maria Calleja know. All items will need to be dropped off the Friday afternoon or the Saturday morning of the fete, you can price your own goodies or the ladies can do it for you, BUT can you please label what you sweets are eg: Chocolate Cake, Carrot Cake etc.

Raffle Tickets: To those who have returned tickets sold or unsold, Thank You.  PLEASE can all tickets be returned ASAP if you haven’t already done so.
