Southern Cassowary Coast Athletics
We enjoyed another fantastic Southern Cassowary Coast Athletics’ Carnival at Lower Tully State High School and Tully State High School in Week 6. We were very proud of the effort and sportsmanship of all of our students and delighted that our achievements on the track in the field put us in second place for the Overall School Shield.
We wish to thank the convenors and their dedicated team for their hard work as well as our staff and parents for supporting our students.
Peninsula Trials – Track & Field
Dean Giardina, Meg Chappel, Eve Zonta, Jaia Richtsfeld, Elise Kleinhans, Mia Uitenweerde, Riley Berge, Jackson Solien, Aiden Vipiana, Kassidy Dore, Layla Jenkins, Maya Jensen, Brydie O’Kane and Hannah Morris qualified to represent the Cassowary Coast region at the Peninsula Trials for Track & Field this Sunday 16th and Monday 17th June at Barlow Park. We wish the students who are able to attend the best of luck!
Cassowary Coast Softball Trials
Meg Chappel, Eve Zonta, Danielle Kerr and Alyssa Williamson attended the Cassowary Coast Softball trials and secured a place in the Cassowary Coast team to play at the Peninsula Trials on Friday 21st June at El Arish. Good luck girls!!
